Earl’s ministry is aimed primarily at families, and is ideal for church men’s groups, women’s groups, and youth groups, and any school or educational audience. His presentations tend to run about 45 to 60 minutes, and can include a salvation message or a question and answer session at the organizer’s request. Both single presentations and conference/workshop packages are listed below.

Single Presentations:

Overcoming Parental Rejection And Hurts: available in both 60 minute and 1-day seminar formats, this life changing encounter is aimed at those who have been rejected by one or both parents. Included are a diagnostic test to determine one’s level of ‘prejection,’ an overview of the pathology of prejection, including common self-limiting and self-destructive behaviors of prejects, an introduction to the three stages of overcoming parental rejection, and an overview of the Five G.R.A.C.E. Steps™ to fullness and wholeness. This encounter is appropriate for all ages.

What Every Person Needs to Succeed: a perfect compliment to the Overcoming Parental Rejection And Hurts encounter, this 60 minute presentation focuses on the three major needs encoded in the human personality and visible in the life of every successful human being, including how to compensate for their absence in one’s life and how to correct the deficit.

The Anatomy of Motivation: This 60 minute presentation higlights, explains and nuances the key ingredient to motivation. By the end of this presentation prejects will be inspired to pursue, tackle and accomplish their dreams, and will leave with so much conviction they will be ready to move mountains (or run through them).

Helping People Who Hurt Themselves: This presentation outlines the steps necessary to create an environment where people who hurt themselves can have a chance at turnaround in their lives. A significant component of preject recovery is helping people who are where we have been. This lecture arms prejects with the insight and tools needed to deliver people from self-destructive behavior, a specialty of prejects.

Breaking Soul Ties: Tied to someone or something emotionally, intellectually? Can’t stop thinking about it or them? Want to move forward but can’t get over your past or your thoughts? Yahweh wants you from the bonds of your past so you can run into your future. In this riveting presentation, Earl reveals three keys to breaking free of soul ties and unleashing a glorious future.

The Dating Game: Is it a God idea? And is there ever really a winner? In zero sum games someone has to lose in order for someone to win. If there are indeed winners in the dating game, who are the losers? In this challenging message about the validity and effectiveness of dating, Earl outlines the real pros and cons of dating, and offers a proven and time-tested alternative.

Conference/Workshop/Revival Packages:

Liars Anonymous: The first/original sin was instigated by a lie, and spawned a web of deceit that has hindered human history ever since. While lying is often an attractive short term solution to a difficult or seemingly impossible present dilemma, in the end it visits destruction on all. For some, lying has become so seamlessly integrated into our communication style that we aren’t even consciously aware when we are lying, nor can we easily identify truth. In a culture that encourages and rewards falsity, how do we develop a Godly sensitivity for truth and lies? Is it really possible to tell the truth all the time? And if so, how do we acquire that skill and go from being a liar to righteous? And furthermore, how do we recover from the consequences of lies we’ve both told and been told? This life-changing, four part series of presentations, Liars Anonymous: telling the truth about lies will supply the answers and help young and old to live more authentically, and thus more powerfully.

Cracking the Code of Silence: This presentation, available as a single message or a multi-part experience, answers the questions many prejects ask: why do our prayers go unanswered? and why does Yahweh seem oblivious to our pain? It explores the power of silence, the draw of shadows in the lives of prejects, the fear of and need for vulnerability, the necessity of finishing grief work with parents in order to walk in our true identity as naked speaking spirits, and how to get Yahweh to hear our cry. This presentation is especially useful for middle schoolers dealing with pressure from peers to maintain silence in the face of evil.

What Are You Afraid Of? Nothing compromises childhood like fear. Many prejects learn fear from their parental relationships instead of power, love and clear thinking. Such fear is limiting and holds prejects stuck in unfulfilling places and lives. This series of presentations unveils the underpinings of fear, shines light on the ways many kids, despite their energetic, youthful compensation, have erroneously accepted fear as baseline, and empowers prejects to reject a lifestyle governed by fear and instead walk in power, love and clear thinking.
